This is where we place ideas and concepts which have the potential to reimagine the way we see selected policy and legislative issues. We seek to do this by viewing the subject from different, or unconventional lenses. Each piece is meant to serve as a starting point to open wider discussion and welcome the uninitiated. 

difference between politics and governance

Politics and Governance are often used interchangeably. However, there are key differences between the two. In essence, politics is the art of decision-making and power struggle, while governance is about the practical administration and implementation of those decisions. 

Competition law for all

Competition law is meant to promote free and fair competition in markets and traces its origins to worker and agriculturalist rebellions in the early 1900s. Where can we situate competition law in the context of our democracy, why is it important, and what role can people play in strengthening it?
